All of us at Redwood Animal Hospital would like to extend a warm welcome to you.  We hope you find our website informative and useful.  Each of us is dedicated to the happiness and medical well being of your pet and are committed to your full understanding of our mission and expectations for each of our patients.

Our hospital was founded in 1992 with the building finished in 1993.  Over the years we have acquired sophisticated instrumentation and developed protocols to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment regimen for your pet.  Our fully equipped hospital has in house ultrasound, digital radiography and endoscopy, as well as a complete laboratory.  We have strong, long lasting relationships with selected local specialists to augment our own abilities and consult with us on difficult cases. 

Our expectation is that you will encounter a knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff at each visit.  Our Medical Director, Dr. Karen West and Hospital Manager Jika Martinez will gladly answer any questions you have about your pets care, or your experience at Redwood Animal Hospital.  With a vested interest in preventative care, as well as critical care we look forward to being your veterinary health care providers.

We routinely have continuing education and training  for our staff on the third Thursday of each month between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. For this purpose the hospital will be closed.
